Responsibilities:
- Guide clients in implementing Launch HPC solutions
- Support integration of Sully’s Sandbox models
- Assist with WorkThisWay platform deployment
- Provide technical consultation and best practices
- Create implementation documentation
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams
- Drive customer success and satisfaction
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 3+ years in technical consulting or solutions engineering
- Experience with AI/ML technologies
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of enterprise software integration
- Customer-facing experience
