At ThisWay Global, we’re seeking experienced AI Engineers to help develop and enhance our core AI technologies across our product suite. You’ll work on cutting-edge solutions including our GPU-powered HPC platform, AI model marketplace, and recruitment technology.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement AI/ML models for our core products including Launch HPC and WorkThisWay
- Optimize AI model performance and resource utilization on GPU infrastructure
- Develop and maintain AI model evaluation frameworks for Sully’s Sandbox
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions
- Contribute to the architecture of our AI platforms
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices
Requirements:
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI/ML development
- Strong expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks
- Experience with GPU optimization and HPC environments
- Proficiency in Python and distributed computing
- Background in NLP, computer vision, or recruitment technology
- Experience with large language models and AI scaling
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure and cloud computing
